All of the blends are caffeine, additive, and preservative free. Each container makes roughly 28-56+ cups of tea and steeping instructions are on each container.

(Purple) Lucid Dream Tea includes: Sweet gale*.
(Green) Peace Tea includes: Blue vervain**, Lemon balm*, Catnip*, Oat straw*, Red bergamont**, Chamomile*, Hops'*, Motherwort*, Valerian*, Skullcap*, St. John's wart*.
(Blue) Awakening Tea includes: Labrador tea**, Nettle*, Peppermint*, Alfalfa*, Astragalus*, Angelica*, Joe-pye*, Calamus*, Spearmint*, Ginseng*.
(Orange) Sweetfern Tea includes: Sweetfern*, Red clover*, Raspberry leaves*, Roots of burdock*, Echinacea*, Yellow dock*, Dandelion*.
(Light Blue) Sacred Blend includes: White pine*, Sweet grass**, Sage*.
